Going Down, Down, Down

As you gaze upward, you notice the high ceiling of the room seems to retreat. The doorway on the south wall, too, quickly moves upward until you can see it no more. Though you feel no sense of motion, the purpose of this room finally becomes evident: you stand in what would appear to be a room-sized elevator, descending towards some unknown destination.

You gaze to the floor, dwarfed by the sheer height of the room. You again regard the two shallow 10 foot long vaguely foot-shaped indentations, suddenly feeling very small indeed.

The elevator continues to descend.
