Upon entering this room, the lights immediate flare to life, emitting an even, pleasant light. The chief feature of the room is unfamiliar looking equipment.
A 3-meter long egg-shaped table, standing roughly 1 meter high, opens on one side to allow access to a large, pliable slab which feels slightly warm to touch. An object resembling a large fireplug rests between the egg-shaped table and a slightly reclined form-fitting chair. Three oval cylinders, roughly three meters long with a meter-and-a-half diameter each, rest against the north wall. The equipment has what appear to be numerous controls, marked in strange symbols.
While medicine in the jungle in not entirely unheard of, and finding the unexpected in a room or tunnel hidden behind a waterfall is pretty much to be expected, the stark transition from primitive jungle to a sterile lab filled with unrecognizable technology is almost shocking as finding a trophy room filled with shrunken heads, or an altar covered with still-warm blood from the last sacrifice. Unsettling as it may be, at least it isn't as gruesome... or messy!
