For some peculiar reason, upon entering the room you feel the suddenly urge to check the back of the door for a room number and the nightstand beside the cot for Motel 6 literature and a Gideon's Bible. The room resembles nothing so much as a generic single room in any national chain of no-frills lodging, minus the television and telephone.
Furnishings include a chair and built in single-drawer desk, twin-sized bed,
and nightstand and lamp beside the bed. A small bathroom houses toilet, shower,
sink, and the built-in towel rack with the standard bathmat, two towels, two
washcloths, and tiny wrapped bar of soap.
