Solarium

Steeping into this room feels almost like stepping outside, into an oasis, or perhaps a mountain glade. The entire wall shared with the neighboring apartment has been shaped to resemble a cliff face, with water sheeting, cascading, and falling over rocks into a pool where speckled fish swim lazily against the current. The glass ceiling invites in the sun and provides a stunning view of those stars which can be seen in the city, over the urban sky-glow. While it's evident that some of the flooring is stone, or material molded to look like cut stone, it takes careful study to determine that the thick, spongy "moss" surrounding the stone and blanketing the remainder of the floor is, indeed, carpet.

The walls, too, have been painted with a mountain scene so well executed that they're not readily apparent. The room seems to stretch off to the distant peaks on the horizon.

At first, it would seem that furniture is lacking in the room; the stones and boulders placed about leave little room for such amenities. A closer look reveals that the sculpted stone serves well as furniture, providing many a comfortable nook in which to sit, to soak up the sun, and take a break as close to a nature break as a person is likely to find in town.

An arched doorway down the short hall leads into what appears to be a bedroom, a door opens into the bathroom, and a two boulders beside the waterfall form an arch to a space beyond.
