Some hospitals have huge kitchens to make industrial lots of biological experiments to serve in the dreaded cafeteria. This kitchen is much smaller. The booth-style seating for four leaves just enough room for one person to be able to cook; anything within the efficiency kitchen can be reached by taking a single step. For its small size, however, it has just enough room for the usual kitchen appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher) plus a top-of-the-line commercial espresso machine... with a little counter space left over to work on. Cupboards, cabinets, and a pantry contain all the standard cooking utensils and place settings for eight.
