Following the base of the cliffs along the beach, past the waves washing an ever-changing assortment of shells onto the beach. The sun shines upon the beach, leaving the sand warm underfoot for a few hours after sunset. The water seems cool but not unpleasantly so, just about right for swimming beyond the breaking waves... though with no distant shore in sight, swimming too far out to sea would seem foolish. Farther on down the beach, a tower rises above the sand. In the opposite direction, stairs can be seen ascending the cliff.
