A sensor turns on the lights as you enter the room. Something about the light feels different, however, though it's hard to say exactly what feels different about it. The oddly shaped bulbs give off a warmth that has nothing to do with heat, providing constant, gentle pressure that has nothing to do with touch. Is it possible that light can be heard and felt throughout the body?
Furnishings in the room include a low bookshelf, a comfortable chaise lounge, a papa-san chair, and a beanbag chair. A small metallic cube with contact pads and receptacles to plug in leads rests on the bookshelf. Other than the cube and the small hand-sink on the wall, there is nothing to distinguish this room from any other sitting room or parlor.
