This book is filled with notes on a variety of medical applications. Many of the words appear to be English, some appear to be German, and the whole thing seems to be written in a language utterly incomprehensible to anyone not involved in nanomedical research. Linguistics experts would recognize the language as late transitional medical techno-babble, a sub-dialect of the medi-babble branch of the gobblety-gook family.
Without an advanced degree, looking at the book seems little more than an exercise in futility.
