The manual seems to be utterly incomprehensible to anyone not familiar with the equipment. Linguistics experts would recognize the language as late transitional medical techno-babble, a sub-dialect of the medi-babble branch in the gobblety-gook family.

To anyone but the target audience, this manual might make an effective sleeping aid.

Without familiarity with the equipment and the equipment itself, looking at the book seems little more than an exercise in futility.
