The Summer Room

A sensor turns on the lights as you enter the room. Something about the light feels different, however, though it's hard to say exactly what feels different about it. The oddly shaped bulbs give off a warmth that has nothing to do with heat, providing constant, gentle, pleasant contact that has nothing to do with touch. Is it possible that light can be heard and felt throughout the body? Well... maybe.

The light is the most unusual thing about the room. Otherwise, you're in an ordinary looking bedroom with a queen sized bed, two nightstands, and two small wardrobes. A plain chair in the corner offers limited seating. Folded free-standing screens rest against the wall, waiting to be positioned should a measure of privacy be desired. Yellows and summertime paintings set the tone of this room.

In a small alcove just off the bedroom, a toilet and sink are half-concealed behind an accordion-style door. Just beyond the alcove can be seen a door marked with stylized water drops.

The only door leads back to the lounging area.
