5220 Black Road

Richfield, South of Cleveland

At the end of the drive sits what appears to be a typical white Colonial farmhouse on a modest acreage. The driveway forms a loop in front of the house, with gently rising stairs to allow easy access for legs no longer accustomed to easily going up or down steps. The building shows signs of recent maintenance: fresh paint, a well-tended lawn in front, and new wicker patio furniture.

Located less than 20 minutes from the congestion of the city, hidden from passers-by on the main road by the woods in front of the house, little about this house suggests it to be any different from the neighboring houses. The only indication of the clinic from Black Road is the address on the mailbox and the drive stretching through the woods.

This small and unassuming clinic offers the latest in Reiki, Rife, and Perkyl treatments for a variety of ailments in a private country setting. Owing, in part, to a distinct lack of advertising, and also to treatments more widely accepted in Europe than under the auspices of the American Medical Association and HMOs in the United States, the clinic seldom sees more than just a few patients a day. Then again, the primary doctor at the clinic freely admits that he's semi-retired, having left the city for a more leisurely lifestyle as a simple country doctor.

Options include checking out the house, going back out to the road, walking around the garage, or strolling around the addition.
