The galley offers just enough room for one person to cook efficiently; anything can be reached without taking a single step. For its small size, however, it has just enough room for the usual kitchen mainstays plus a commercial espresso machine and a bread machine. Contained within this small space are a well-stocked four cubic foot refrigerator, combination microwave/convection oven, two burner gas range, and a double-basin stainless steel sink. There's even counter space to work on!
Cupboards and cabinets contain dry goods, pots, pans, and place settings for six. The refrigerator holds bags of coffee, milk, whipped cream, cheese, bread, butter, lettuce, spinach leaves, carrots, and celery. A plastic container holds what may be a helping or two of leftover soup or stew.
From the middle of the RV, you can move forward, aft, or outside. You could also decide you'd seen enough.
