One of the preferred forms of Mikkel, Wolfgar is a snowy white arctic wolf with intelligent, expressive eyes and ears. Except, of course, when he's mistaken for someone or something else. In Wolfgar's mind, the best thing about Europe is the widespread, almost universal use of lever-type doorknobs instead of the rounded doorknobs favored in North America. It would be even better still if only there were fewer roads, cars, and people who drove them! FOr Wolfgar, escaping the pain and problems of the human world, avoiding the needless complications that humans impose on everything they touch, more than makes up for the lack of opposable thumbs.
