Four flashing red lights mark either side of a large sign bearing the inscription "Restricted Area -- Authorized Personnel Only." Further travel on this level seems to be impeded by a massive looking door with no visible handles or locks. An almost imperceptible barrier shimmers between you and the door, resisting efforts to approach and more closely examine the door or landing. Likewise, the shimmering barrier prevents you from continuing up the stairs.
