Driver Seat

Settling into the air-ride seat of the Vixen isn't exactly like slipping into a comfortable armchair, but it's probably about as close as a person would care to come when piloting a house on wheels. The seat easily adjusts to make reaching and manipulating the controls almost effortless, the wheel raises and lowers, and all the controls are right where hands and fingers expect to find them.

Full instrumentation provides an up-to-the-second analog display of all vital engine functions: fuel level, air pressure, oil pressure, water temperature, vacuum level, transmission temperature, intercooler temperature, and turbo boost. Speedometer, tachometer, and analog clock complete the driver's panel.

Independent thermostats regulate the temperature and ventilation for the driver, navigator, and passengers. The center-console sound system allows either driver or navigator to adjust the station, the cassette, or the CD as desired.

You may look around inside, go outside, or quit the tour.
