The heart of the garden features an open shrine. Grass carpets the ground in front of the heart-shaped altar, upon which eight candles burn, night and day. A feeling of peace and tranquility surrounds the heart of the garden, touching all who enter.The air is pure, fragrant, smelling of the blossoms all around. .

From the heart of the garden, paths wind their way through trees in the four cardinal directiosn, over a small rise, to training grounds, garden areas, and a smallish teahouse.
